Hmm my state is supposedly one of the best tenant friendly states, we found out our previous landlord is relisting the unit for renting and in fact not selling the unit like they told us they would this year. They raised their rent from 1900 to 2300. Supposedly thats illegal 😳

God. In the past three weeks, nothing has gone smoothly, the closing of the house was rough, the moving was rough, the car repair was rough, installing stuff I wanted in the house was rough, coming back to streaming I had to cancel cause network issues. GIVE ME A FUCKING BREAK
Sorry I haven't been very active on socials or stream activities, I am SUPER hyper fixated on arranging our home. I keep moving things where I think flows or feels better for us and our space, while trying to resist the urge on maxing out credit cards to buy stuff for the home.
You get two strikes, correct your behavior or you're gone, simple. If its in the tags and in the rules that YOU accept when you go into the stream and before you chat, which is an automatic acknowledgement on how to behave in someone's stream and you still disregard it, ban.
I talked about Monty Oum this morning & how upsetting to lose such a talented gem only, I first saw his work through Dead Fantasy & Haloid, then literally just now I watched the pilot of Gameoverse today to see it was dedicated to Monty Oum...crazy coincidence. RIP Monty.
The film has become a comfort romance film for me, might be the only romance film I rewatch every so often LOL I'm not sure how I feel about the series, I didn't read the books, but sometimes a series can be the right call, but we'll see I guess!
I love my little man of the house....but sometimes he's a chunky tyrant. This was literally all from last night.
Also little update I should be getting my sound proofing stuff for my office and hopefully can resume stream next Monday!
I love being in my new kitchen, love the new fridge, did a wash of my fruits and they are ready to grab and eat from the drawer lol
