As of 7:35 p.m. Eastern, Amazon has declared the technical issue resolved. Maxient is operating normally and has been for the last three hours. If you encounter any issues, we encourage you to contact our support team by email, phone, or maxient.com.

We are starting to see the return of some service. We still urge caution as you make updates in the system and ask for your patience with any hiccups.

As of 2:30 pm Eastern time, Amazon reports that they have identified the root cause and they are pursuing multiple solutions in parallel to restore service. Maxient is just one of thousands of impacted services. Thank you for your patience and we will continue to update you.

We are being impacted at the moment, like many online services, by Amazon Web Services (AWS) issues. We're sorry for the disruption and will update as the situation evolves.

We are currently investigating some connectivity issues and are working to resolve them.
