I love this photo of Prince William taken today on The Mall outside of Buckingham Palace. HRH is so at ease with people and boring out with the public, but this is part of a much more clever game. He is showing just how deranged the former spare and mare are.

I was in the pool, swimming laps, and Mike came outside to keep me company” she recalled. “I got out of the pool and put my arms around him. He was holding a red leather box, and inside was a ruby necklace. It was like the sun, lit up and made of red fire. First, Mike put it round my neck and smiled. Then he bent down and put matching earrings on me. Next came the bracelet. Since there was no mirror around, I had to look into the water. The jewelry was so glorious, ripping red on blue like a painting. I just shrieked with joy, put my arms around Mike’s neck, and pulled him into the pool after me. It was a perfect summer day and a day of perfect love.”

The famous crane shot in Alfred Hitchcock’s “Notorious” (1946). The shot starts high above a crowded ballroom and descends to a tight close-up of a tiny cellar key clutched in Ingrid Bergman’s hand. Hitchcock told Francois Truffaut that he employed macro-to-micro transition; the camera moves from a wide view of the party, representing the oblivious, unknowing world surrounding Bergman, to her tightly clenched fingers. It was done using an elevator crane and a manual focus pull to track the action smoothly across the descent, and remains as arresting now as it was then.

That is Megyn Kelly’s point, and she is not against a facelift. She said she may get one. The problem is the nonstop version. Tight skin, heavy lips, filler that adds weight. You do not say she cannot be 68. You say she is 68 and the procedures are the story.
She put Michelle Pfeiffer, Sharon Stone, and Angela Bassett beside it. Same age. A few lines. Still themselves.
Not a ban on surgery. A plea for an off switch. Eternal youth is a bad quest if you stop looking like you.

Marjoram tea isn't just a folk remedy — it has real clinical data behind it now.
In a randomized, placebo-controlled pilot study, women with PCOS who drank marjoram tea twice daily saw meaningful improvements in insulin sensitivity and reductions in DHEA-S, an adrenal androgen that runs high in PCOS.
