Brand new Garden floor this season. But tradition is important to the Celtics, so they've once again kept the bolts -- even though they aren't functional. (The boards fit together in sort of a tongue-and-groove manner.) The floor coating fills in the bolt gap, so it's all smooth.

I said this months ago when it happened but everyone told me I was wrong because Shams said otherwise. I'm not a reporter so I truly have no agenda nor do I have anyone's interests or relationship to protect . I'm a former DJ turned sports gambler who somehow got into sports media. All my friends work in entertainment or are in the streets. When I hear something and say it on here it's because I have friends who are around the situation. Tatum isn't lying about his reaction to the trade either. He's telling the truth.

The truth is people forget the human aspect to these deals. Jaylen Brown didn't want to play for the Celtics anymore once they shopped him for Giannis. 5 time all star, 2x All NBA, Finals MVP, ECF Finals MVP and held down the fort when Tatum tore his achilles. The Celtics won 1 championship, made the Finals another time with 4 more conference Finals appearances while Brown was there. Everyone who made the NBA was the best player in their high school, college, town, city, state. Not everyone is going to be okay with feeling unappreciated.

To me that's one of the hardest parts of losing my dad. Just not being able to ask him about parenting stuff. He left me with all the answers, but it was so much better when I could talk to him about things.
