When I realized I couldn’t be Neil Peart, my dream shifted to interviewing him. That day never came. And instead, I remember him with these words. My first piece for @billboard: how Peart’s virtuosity changed the modern drum solo

I caught 19 @deadandcompany shows this tour and wrote about the band's farewell tour for @AtwoodMagazine. Give it a read! Summer of a lifetime to say the least

Spent some time camping in rural Tennessee to catch four @kinggizzard shows! They rocked a cave, dressed in drag, debuted some new tunes, and treated fans to a rare acoustic show. Check out my review for @AtwoodMagazine!

This is literally the first time I've seen this game *not* attached to a south park clip. Wasn't even sure if it was a real game...
I can confidently say @deadandcompany has never sounded better. Was @Cornell '23 an anomaly? I sure hope not. But D&C absolutely honored the Dead's '77 show while making it their own. Summer tour should be great, check out my review of the show!

46 years later, Cornell 5/8/77 lives up to its status as one of the Dead's most legendary shows. When D&C announced a show on 5/8 I was skeptical they'd try to recreate the magic in some kitschy benefit concert way. Happy to report that wasn't the case. Review coming soon
never heard of hey dudes until this morning's ep of how long gone. have already seen two pairs on the train today, can confirm they are utterly hideous @themjeans @donetodeath

.@giftbandnyc has been one of the most fun bands to see rise in the post-pandemic New York scene. I caught up w/ front man TJ Freda and multi-instrumentalist Jessica Gurewitz to talk headlining a Europe tour, their @Pitchfork review, and their debut LP
