Eight completed projects: $504M. Six more through 2030: $1.138 BILLION. Fewer projects, more than twice the money. Before pleading poverty, justify every damn building. Taxpayers aren’t your bottomless construction fund. Whose EGO are we paying for?!!! Vote YES on 3 !!!!!!!!!!!!

🚨 JUST IN: Bob Rommel says Florida local governments have raised spending 9% a year for a decade while inflation averaged about 3 to 3.5%, citing an AFPI study done before Amendment 3 He argues local governments spent the new money instead of rolling back property tax rates, and that the economy is recovering from Biden-era inflation. @Bob_Rommel: "Spending for local government over the last 10 years averaged 9% increase per year every single year in Florida, including this year that's coming up."

What, exactly, would be “forcing” local governments to raise taxes? Why not limit spending? The state has reduced its budget for four straight years. It can be done!

Amendment 3 raises the homestead exemption to $150K in 2027 and $250K in 2028, and cuts the non-homestead cap from 10% to 5%. Local governments still set their rates, in public. Make them justify every dollar. Vote YES on 3.

Today, we announced that a jury found former Fort Pierce City Manager Nick Mimms guilty of official misconduct.   Corruption does not always look like a bag of cash. Sometimes it is a city lease for your niece’s nonprofit, $500,000 to build next to the local theater, and a lot that remains empty. Our prosecutors secured the conviction—more to come! myfloridalegal.com/newsrelea…

Amendment 3 needs 60%. It raises the homestead exemption to $150K then $250K and cuts the non-homestead assessment-growth cap from 10% to 5%. Maxwell Frost calls it "a scam." Byron Donalds says YES. I do too. Vote YES on 3. Vote Tue 11/3.

Why are we building Taj Mahal’s to house local government? They need a dose of reality. Vote yes on 3.
More tax payer wasted funds on this Miami-Dade County’s $249 million Command & Communications Center in Sweetwater. $249,000,000 for a comm center. Another reason to Vote Yes on Amendment 3! There's no reason for this theft of tax payers dollars.

Logan started this year in the boys' league and was coming in 73rd. Then he switched to the girls' league and came in second a couple weekends ago. Stop telling girls they have to lose to boys just because boys want to take their places. Vote YES on I-638.
Male advantage is larger and more durable than performance-enhancing drugs. And it’s why shitty male athletes place in the women’s category. Boys like Logan here.

The current homestead exemption is a JOKE and the county governments have been on a taxpayer funded spending frenzy for YEARS! Local fiscal irresponsibility and unaccountability has got to end. It's YOUR MONEY they're wasting. The 2008 constitutional amendment increased the homestead exemption from $25,000 to $50,000, when Florida's median existing single-family home price was $187,800; $50k was 26.6% of the home price. In 2026, the median home price is $415,000. $50k is 12% of the home price - less than half of it's 2008 value. YES on Amendment 3! RealAmericaFirst.org
