There is a bar in Tokyo that will create a custom cocktail that matches any TCG card. This one better give me protection from everything! – at Taito-ku, Tokyo
Thrilled to see our work featured on the cover! ✨ We developed a HoloLens AR app for hands-on trainings, where users receive instructions in AR and perform the same actions in the physical world. Check out the publication for more details.
The May issue of #JCE #JChemEd is at go.acs.org/9kW! The cover art references an article describing an augmented reality program developed to teach users how to build modular flow packed bed reactors: go.acs.org/9kX
Wrapping up my summer research internship @RouxInstitute. It was nice to work with Prof. Cliff Forlines on physiological measures for HCI. And it was super nice to meet the cohort with various backgrounds. I'll miss the seaport view from the campus!
This is so cool!
I graduated! But also: did you know Stanford's PhD regalia is $600-1000 (depending on if you buy the knock off)? So I sewed my own with $60 of supplies from @fabricoutletsf and 30 hours of not writing my thesis 😁 Thanks @tonofcrates for lending me his as a reference!

Footnotes were already used to specify additional info like email adresses, so I was surprised nobody did it with pronouns before.
The traditional glyphs for male/female (♂ ♀) are associated to Mars and Venus, so we just used different planetary symbols 🔭
Something new we did at @knifeandbrush for FDG: pronouns as part of the author information block. Credit to @florencesn for taking the plunge first, and to @pyrofoux for developing the LaTeX code to support it (and the rad idea for interesting symbols). #fdg2023
Yesterday I presented our research "Impact of BCI-Informed Visual Effect Adaptation in Walking Simulator" at #FDG2023 on behalf of my co-authors @gillianmsmith and @erinsolovey. We explored using BCI as supplementary control to affect visual effects in a video game.
This was my first in-person conference and easily the most unforgettable experience ever. Thank you to everyone who made it happen! Wanna hear a wild, crazy story? Come find me at #FDG2024

I have access to a campus-owned oculus headset and only use it for development purposes, keeping the usage as short as possible. Today I decided to play VRChat for 5 minutes and now I am vomiting because of motion sickness :(
