Head still ladies ... have you heard that before ?? This is good stuff right here ... head still is only part of this swing .
The Hitting Vault

Head stays still through the middle part of the swing. After his heel hits, his core and hips are rotating first, then his torso, all working around the fulcrum created by the hip hinge. This enables his barrel to work behind the ball and for him to stay on plane with the pitch.

If you do nothing else … look at all the coaches that replied to this post by Cat … ranking girls or any player at this age is ridiculous!!!!
Cat Osterman OLY@catosterman11 Jan 2023
Just for perspective… I would have been no where near this list as a 7th grader… NO WHERE CLOSE! So much changes in the next 2-5 years… this is plain silly.

What if Bobby Knight filmed a golf tutorial about how to play out of sand traps and we got to see the outtakes? It’s pretty much exactly what you’d expect. Which means you should watch this.

Catchers: please please PLEASE give some love to your pitchers and work their low pitches UP into the zone and stop letting your wrist drag balls OUT of the zone. Work your thumb UNDER the ball!

The five mental challenges of sports: 1. Pushing through discomfort. 2. Blocking out distractions. 3. Staying poised under pressure. 4. Thinking critically to solve problems. 5. Managing your ego and working with others. Work hard to improve in all of these areas!
