I doubt many people would. yet this is an important challenge we rarely discuss when talking about institutional participation in public blockchain ecosystems. let me explain: for everyday crypto users, being able to track transactions through blockchain explorers can be useful. but institutional financial activity is considerably more complex. we’re talking about investment positions, trading strategies, treasury management, and sensitive financial relationships. some of this information can become commercially valuable when exposed to competitors. and that’s where unrestricted financial transparency can become a disadvantage. I’ve always believed that web3 shouldn’t simply recreate traditional finance with a blockchain attached.
