$GME another leading theory on why that 2nd block of 5k calls saw a big volume dump..
SEVERAL options were otm on Friday that were previously itm, previously delta hedged. Come today (opex) just constant selling.
Theory is that the 5k trade near the close when even the $27 s were basically delta dead, still needed to be unwind (more selling)
Think of the first 5k traded way earlier in the day, even $30 s had tiny delta still with the stock near $27. So that trade forced stock buying (to delta hedge) above what was possible for sell side unwinding..
Simply put, even that monster block trade on the $35 s couldn’t stop the sell hammer (which ramped up at the close)
If anything that block trade saved GMe’s dick from a fall past $26.5
Something to think of..
Anyways, those are bullish af calls a +10k oi minimum come Monday.
$GME ME AFTER THE 1ST BLOCK OF 5K CALLS CAME IN.
MONDAY MORNING BAG OF COCK WATCH FOR ME. (IF OI DOESNT GO UP 5K-10k)

Replying to @snorlax_uw
I will eat a bag of cocks if that doesn't raise Oi.
Same premium amount as the trade last Thursday (and block size) for the $40, jan2029 calls.
$GME That 2nd block of 5k $35 Jan2028 calls are going to live rent free in my head this weekend...
Some thoughts.. all my opinion, just tryna wrap my head around this.
Check the timestamps on that 2nd batch of $35 call buys. The remaining ~200 (since it wasn't a block of 5k at the ask) are on the bid, that occured at the same timestamps. So it was a 5k order.
Imo, its a 2nd round of accumulation. same premium # as the 40s, and those havent been sold. To reiterate, this was NOT a roundtrip in my opinion.
Giga chad trader slapped the ask and killed liquidity, then it insta appeared with those 200 left? ~4.8k at the ask, ~200 at the bid.
Now as to why the stock legitimately ate dog shit for 300k shares (when the first 5k block had a 100k volume candle, which youde expect for a surprise delta event like a fat fucking call buy) I couldn't tell ya.
Theories..Im thinking weird shit like how:
1) Ryan cohens buys are always coming in as fat fucking sell orders when they should be buy orders. (that 5k block shoulda been a buy order on the stock) I can't wrap my head around how this could translate here.
However in the RC situation, ive done alot of research and I don't know definitively, but I think he's defending certain price points with hidden bids (iceberg bids, for example)
His buys have been absorbing "minor" selloffs.
or
2) (my copium, leading theory..)
Dealer A originally sold 5,000 calls and bought approximately 225,000 GME shares to hedge its short-call delta (Think of that may 5k block...May 2026..or just short selling these)
Then...
Dealer B buys 5,000 calls from Dealer A, allowing Dealer A to close its short-call exposure.
Dealer A sells its 225,000-share hedge, generating the large red candle.
Dealer B sells 5,000 calls to the institutional trader, who is accumulating the 10,000-call position.....
Dealer B's purchase from A and sale to the trader offset, leaving Dealer B approximately delta-neutral without needing to buy stock.
Or
3) Trader buys 5k block, shorts stock as a hedge. (Doubt it)
I BELIEVE that these are extremely bullish, I won't be gaslit until proven otherwise, however, there is some call buying that is actually super sussy, just a thought.
$GME All those Skylit influencers / gme influencers showing negative gamma on the $28s on the GEX heatmap when price action is clearly showing positive GEX on the $28s.....
Basically Skylit would have tricked people into buying $28-$30 calls when $28 was an actual hard wall because dealers were / are actually long at the $28 level.
Might finally be flipping as $28 breaches right now but...
Makes you wonder....
$GME Holy fucking Shit RC purchased more today. Unsettled watch tonight for @TheUltimator5 👀
Stocks +2.5% as of posting this. $27.90
+12.17% since the unsettling tweet.
$GME There is just no way there is a definitive Ebay deal right now. Timing on that would be sus with RC's last purchase early october. Could be one of three things (or all 3)
1. Ebay price target raised today (weakest imo)
2. Market re-pricing Ebay on likelihood of a deal (strongest)
Yi stated in its GME price raise that it believed the market was underrestimating a deal happening in 12-18 months)
3. GME increasing its the Ebay stake (maybe?)
Just like how GME had done earlier this year, privately negotiated put sale sale + buy call combo = Dealer hedging via share purchases = Ebay stock rises
