ALT A book called How to Hold a Cockroach: A book for those who are free and don't know it, by Matthew Maxwell. The book cover has a giant cockroach holding a relatively tiny boy.
I wish people were citing sources for these treatments; it鈥檚 all so confusing to me. Too many things to try. And so many that I鈥檝e tried didn鈥檛 seem to move the needle. Did I try them long enough? Correct dosage? No one knows. 馃ゴ馃ス
If you were writing a list of treatments to give to a clinician to have their #LongCovid patients try, what should be on that list?
Can include current drugs, supplements, and off-label uses (ie maraviroc, rapamycin, valgancyclovir), but shouldn't be an unavailable treatment.
