So looking at the replies here, and congrats Yankees - you discovered 1/5 of the First Amendment. FYI, it also protects religion, assembly, petition and a free and independent media. It protects the entire sphere of civic expression from government interference — not just your right to run your mouth without getting arrested.
Ok, I'll bite with one sincere thought. Pulling #Kimmel over #MAGA remarks isn’t just a network call - it’s happening under quasi‐governmental FCC pressure. When govt power nudges private broadcasters to silence political critique, that’s a blow to free speech.
