💸 Connecticut's state-sponsored FMLA program GOES TO NONCITIZENS! You pay a 0.5% payroll tax. They created this because noncitizens and illegal aliens cannot access federal funds when they are disabled or unemployed or lazy. This program is almost definitely rife with fraud.
