Earlier today the @GwinnettGov Board of Commissioners voted to approve $18 million for affordable housing.
This funding will create 780 units of affordable housing for household up to 65% AMI. Funded projects include the both rental and homeownership units.
The 2024 Homeless Point-in-Time (PIT) Count will be held overnight on Monday, January 22. We are actively seeking volunteers to assist us in this effort!
