Disappointed with @skytv. My Nan and Gdad were left without a phone bcoz it hadn't been plug in. They ordered a streaming box but the engineer wanted to fit a dish. Now told they will receive a streaming box in the post, they are worried about how to connect it. I guess I'll doit
Fed up of calling @virginmedia now. 1hr 36mins and still no wifi. Customer relations told me i can't go back to my old hub and can't cancel my contract yet on the box it says reliable wifi in every room or money back..... i don't have wifi in any room #wishiwenttosky #sky
