8 years ago today, I was the closest survivor of the Manchester Arena bombing. I didn’t know if I’d make it — but I did. In 2017, my mates attended the Europa League final against Ajax not knowing if I would survive. They carried my spirit with them. Today, 8 years on, we’re together in Bilbao for another European final. I’m here, I’m standing, I’m smiling — and I’m living proof that love, resilience, and unity can overcome the darkest of days. This isn’t just about football. It’s about fighting back. It’s about friendship, survival, and never giving up. Let’s do this for Manchester. Let’s do this for every survivor.
