A mad & rewarding few days at work @coopuk in Ambleside. Heavy snowfall brought the town to a standstill. After running 150miles last month to raise £ for @MindCharity I developed tendonitis. After 5 weeks without running i FINALLY managed a run yesterday! Enough can't be said for benefits of exercise on mental health. Proud to have my employer @coopuk supporting MIND! #ItsWhatWeDo
