JUST IN: Trump signs executive order aimed at lowering mortgage costs & making homeownership more affordable.
"John J. Raskob, Chairman of the Finance Committee of General Motors and a Vice President of the du Pont Powder Company, was quoted today as predicting that the time was coming when every working man would have two days' holiday each work."

Wallets won’t work for RWAs. I love using a few, and I like using 90% of my wallets better than my many brokerage accounts.
I don’t want meme coins, nfts, and crypto dust next to tokenized stocks and vaults. Too much cognitive load.
Gotta do something about that.

A reminder that Denver's First Interstate Towers (~1 MILLION sq ft) sold for $3.2 million - a STUNNING $3.30 per sq ft
The two tower office complex sold for $112M in 2008 - an INSANE 97% collapse in value
Here's the crazier part:
The buildings were reportedly valued at $200M in 2019 w/ one of the towers undergoing MAJOR renovations in 2022, just a few years before the sale
And these aren't just any buildings either - they sit in the heart of DT Denver and one was once the TALLEST building in the city
The destruction of value in the US office market right now is truly unprecedented
Stay tuned and follow @TripleNetInvest for more updates on the office market meltdown
It's still WILD that Denver's iconic 785k sq ft Energy Center office complex sold for $5 million - an INSANE $6 per sq ft
The Denver office market is truly facing an apocalypse...
The two towers last sold for $176M in 2013 - a shocking 97% COLLAPSE in value
The complex consists of two skyscrapers standing 28 and 29 stories tall in the heart of Downtown Denver
The buyer is moving toward a major office-to-residential conversion b/c of low office demand
We are truly living in unprecedented times
Stay tuned and follow for more updates on the office market meltdown

In March, the SEC concluded that digital commodities, digital collectibles, and digital tools are not securities.
In August, it proposed Regulation Crypto Assets, an offering rule that treats the investment contract question as the organizing problem for the entire asset class.
I filed a comment letter addressing that gap yesterday.
The argument is that the frame does not fit the subject. A crypto asset performs at least 9 distinct functions, and those functions implicate at least 14 regulatory regimes.
Only 4 of the 9 touch the securities laws at all, and one of those only derivatively. The rest are tax, banking, money transmission, commodities, national security, privacy, consumer protection, and commercial law.
The letter sets out that taxonomy function by function, and proposes three changes that follow from it: scoping the rule to the functions it actually reaches, classifying at the point of use rather than at issuance, and a treatment for tokens issued before a protocol operates.
It also covers two regimes the proposal leaves unaddressed: (1) state securities regulation outside the exemptions and (2) state money transmission licensing, either of which can defeat the capital formation rationale the rule is built on.

Tearing down Solslot.com on testnet and rebooting to fix a governance bug that required a voting quorum of the total supply of Sols Governance Token, instead of just the circulating supply.
After reboot we will test a property collection, all swaps, payment rails and voting.
Then we will be live with beta with 2 new properties and a closeout of the remaining 2 legacy properties.
Thanks everyone for clicking buttons and trying out the new flows.
I also caught an upgrade bug, that prevented all testnet vaults from being rolled over to the new puzzles. I expected to catch a few bugs like this before launch..
At the mainnet launch, the protocol may have upgrades introduced that will roll over all vaults to the new puzzles and logic. This will allow for changes to fees, existing logic, emergency actions, or new features to be introduced by admins and voted into existence by governance.
