Just back from my first trip to the cinema since COVID, must be 7 years odd. Stowmarket Regal has had an impressive revamp since I was last there. #Ghosts was great, one of those rare movies that all generations of a family could enjoy together🎬🍿🎭

What an excellent night I’ve just had at Felixstowe Spa Pavilion watching a #BeeGees tribute act, they were incredible. You don’t realise how prolific they were until you hear all their songs in one sitting. One of the best gigs I’ve ever been to.

Today I made one of the best decisions of my life; I quit playing the National Lottery. I hate to think how much hard-earned money I’ve wasted on it over the past 32 years. Never again.

I’ve spent a lot of time in various wards of Ipswich hospital recently and I really can’t praise all the staff on all the wards highly enough. I’m in awe of anyone who works for the NHS, I have nothing but eternal gratitude and love for them.

In Felixstowe watching Roy Chubby Brown gig at the Spa Pavilion. It’s wonderful being surrounded by likeminded, normal, everyday people, no offence was meant by Roy and no offence was taken by any of us.

Does anyone know anything about #scratchcards? I matched two symbols to win £5, it’s the booster I don’t understand, does this mean I’ve won £25?🤷🏼‍♂️

Please think of your #binmen on hot days like today. We offer ours a cold drink which is always appreciated by them. If you can’t afford that you can offer to top up their water bottles. They’re out in this for 8 hours a day in little to no shade and often nowhere near a shop🧃🚰
