Actual footage of the audience at my screening of You Can See Everything whenever Nathan Fielder appeared on screen in the first hour.
Packed with crunchy skull fragments and mouthwatering brain bits, every spoonful tastes like a freshly dug grave!

Thank You Matthew
Just when I thought I couldn't love @TulsaKing more than I already do, the great @RobertJohnDavi unexpectedly shows up in the Season 4 premiere and pulls a severed head out of a bowling ball bag in a scene reminiscent of Cimino's YEAR OF THE DRAGON. Hope we see more of Turco!

I'm about to enjoy a narrow-gauge monster rally at the @ArchivesClub microcinema, featuring FRANKENSTEIN MEETS THE WOLF MAN and HOUSE OF DRACULA both screening in 16mm!

Terrific to meet @MatthewChernov in Lone Pine last weekend! My favorite thing about festivals (and cruises!) is the great people.

It was a treat to wrap up this year's #LonePineFilmFestival by meeting classic movie blogger extraordinaire @LaurasMiscMovie, who was kind enough to snap this striking pic of me setting up a comparison shot. Same time next year, Laura!

A peek at the adorable #LonePine street parade, signalling the end of another film festival. Thanks to all who made this such a lovely weekend.
It's the final day of the #LonePineFilmFestival, and I toured locations from the 1951 Western thriller RAWHIDE! Here are several comparison shots showing how things looked 75 years ago and how they look today. (1/4)
For classic movie fans looking to visit the locations where their favorite Westerns were shot, you can't beat the #LonePineFilmFestival. (4/4)
The film festival offers a variety of guided tours to locations in the surround hills. They're done in small groups and each is about two hours. They really are one of the big draws of the festival.
I toured locations from 7 MEN FROM NOW at the #LonePineFilmFestival. What a thrill to stand in the exact spots where Randolph Scott and Budd Boetticher filmed one of their best movies! Here are some comparison shots showing how these locations looked then and now, 70 years later.
Here's a glimpse at my weekend in #LonePine. First up, the stunning Alabama Hills, where so many classic films have been shot. (1/6).
The #LonePineFilmFestival's opening night BBQ was delightful, although some of the old timers are looking a little shaky these days. (6/6)
