I begrudgingly tell my wife and kids I'll go do the big shop like it's a hardship. Truth is I love it. I pop my headphones on and drag it out for a long as i can. And if it's nice out, I'll buy a 330ml can of beer and stop at the park for a sit down on my own on the drive home.

This is an incredibly misleading headline. They get one property upgraded for FREE and any properties after that, they get a 50% discount. It's an incredible deal for landlords to be getting potentially £30,000 worth of work done for £15,000.
