@MicrosoftHelps how do I get help? You logged me out of my Microsoft account due to suspicious activity. I've gone through the recovery process - you say you'll review in 24 hrs and get back to me, mate, it's been days, 10 of them in fact! How do I get a human to help me?
In the recovery process I put in incorrect data, I get an auto reply in ~5 mins, saying its wrong. Okay, try again, get the info correct, and don't get a reply. I understand if the info is correct, the computer sends it to a human to check, how long do I wait for this human?
It's been over 10 days. I cannot run my business properly, or lodge my tax return (as much info in my emails)- due 31st October to the @ato_gov_au , do I get them onto you and get you to pay my tax bill as you've logged me out of all my emails and my documents?? Plz, human help!
These Utopia skits a bit too relatable after working in state govt.!
