Ireland efficient but not that great.
Wales not offering anything.
Appeared to be no atmosphere in the Aviva #GuinnessSixNations #IREvWAL
New PB 23:33 for 5K.
Appreciate it’s only on a treadmill.
Still have to get on and get it done! @fusion_lifestyle

Sad to hear that we have lost a Legend of Rock.
Was fortunate to see him live and it was an amazing performance.
His music will live on forever.

So the target today was to crack 25min for 5K as I try to get back to Pre-Covid fitness levels.
Done!
More to come..

Boris got the big calls right when it came to Freedom Day and Omicron. That took courage and Britain will be leading the world out of this nightmare. For me, that matters more than whether he broke the rules. Don’t think any potential successor would have got those calls right.
Good start to the day @Fusion_LS Loughborough.
Thursday is 5K day.
I’ll take 27:31 as a steady start to 2022
Now for a cool down in the pool.

Just brilliant..
#WW1
"The war, for that moment, came to a standstill." In 1968, WW1 veterans recalled the Christmas Truce. We also found out the score in the football game that took place on no man's land.
