Right. That's day one done! You are all legends, I appreciate you all. 20,000 plus impressions across socials, 4 bookings, 3 enquiries, calls from people I've not heard from in years! Plus dozens of registrations. Big up to @DGoughie, @MattPrior13 Charles Dagnell, @thervd plus dozens of others for helping things along — but getting a video call from Blowers really made my day. I didn't have that one on the bingo card. That's the bit I'll remember. Not the website. Thank you, and back tomorrow for round two. followontours.com

🏏 Why the Sussex suggestion of T10 county cricket should alarm the game 💷 Non-Hundred clubs are desperate for extra revenue streams ⬇️ It would continue cricket’s race to the bottom 📆 The schedule’s already packed dailymail.com/sport/cricket/…

T10 is a cry for help for counties who are heading for a cliff edge

LAWRENCE BOOTH: The suggestion by the new chairman of Sussex that a T10 competition may be one way of easing the financial concerns of the non-Hundred counties isn't just a sign of the times.

Now Flower isnt available I’d have Trott. Really like the idea of Langer (he would certainly sort the mentality side of things) but would be nice to have one of our own coaching the England team. Trott knows how to win in Australia, India, & what it takes to be #1 in Test cricket

An image of Henry Crocombe with his quote: "I’ve loved every day I’ve spent in a Sussex shirt and couldn’t have asked for a better group to have spent my time with. This club has given me every opportunity to get better as both a cricketer and a person and I couldn’t thank the players, staff and supporters enough for that. I’m sad to be leaving my childhood club and home, but thankful for every memory that I’ve been able to create here."

One of England's all-time greatest captains, Ben Stokes, has decided to retire from international cricket at the end of this Test match. Ben, you have been the most inspirational captain, leader and legend this team could have ever hoped for. We love you so much and wish you all the best in your retirement ❤️ England will never be the same again.
