When @bocaJ_ came to Tread, he was a recently released 31-year-old outfielder turned pitcher.
He took part in Tread's free mocap assessment for professional pitchers in the fall and we identified a few mechanical deficiencies.
Bosiokovic worked with @MattMarsili for 4 months and made targeted changes to both his arm action and arsenal that helped him get back to 99 mph. 🔥
After putting together one of the most electric bullpens at our January Pro Day, he signed a Triple-A contract with the Twins.
We're pumped to see where this season takes him! 🚀

Athlete update: @GordonGraceffo came into the off-season after an inconsistent 2024 campaign. Velo fluctuations, command fluctuations etc.
We honed in on two reason we believed this was probably happening. Inconsistent first move or drift through leg lift, and arm path.

I have to say all of this could not have been done without the help of @MattMarsili working with me as co-coach and contributing massively. Two heads are better than one and I think this upcoming season for Gordon will be a truly great one.

Congrats to Jacob Bosiokovic on signing with the @Twins! ✍️
@bocaJ_ came to Tread this fall, where a mocap analysis revealed some mechanical inefficiencies that he and @MattMarsili were able to attack. Less than 4 months later, he was back up to the upper 90s & signed. 📈
