What an honour and privilege it is to work with @Reerock79 & @CraigStarcevich. Three great mates that get to do what they love and share an incredible journey together. This year was a special one. 2023 AFLW Premiers.

Proud

50 games from the ultimate professional Absolute pleasure to watch you meticulously develop your craft over the last 7 seasons You’ve inspired so many & will continue to do so for many more years in the lions jumper. So proud of what you’ve achieved & will achieve @Sophie12Conway

What a great mentor, friend and coach to all. @CraigStarcevich one of the great men in footy. So privileged and lucky to work with the great man and learnt so much along the way.

Immensely proud! @AllyAndo18 is as humble and team first as they come. A key leader in our football club, her presence and work ethic has had and continues to have a profound impact on our culture and our desire to continue to improve.

Incredibly proud! @lilyposs deserves this and more recognition. Incredible form coming into AFLW and belongs at the highest level. Cannot wait to see her go to another level.

Someone that has worked incredibly hard through some adversity along the way. But is only just scratching the surface of what she is capable of. Excited to see what the next 25 games and beyond has in store. Popular teammate and for good reason.

Unheralded, underrated, underestimated all adjectives that summarise @shanshan_23. Internally one of the most important players to our football club not only from a playing perspective but a bedrock to our culture. Incredibly selfless and humble human. 50 well deserved games.

Season 7. No better group of high quality people to go on this journey with. These OGs have been the foundation to the culture and standards of the football club and will forever have a lasting legacy.

So proud of @lilyposs. Has truly come out the other side of this a better player but also a better person and has been an incredible team mate to the sisterhood the whole way through.

PROUD

Thoroughly deserved milestone. The person and player @EllengerJade is sums up our team. Ruthless and relentless in her pursuit of improvement but at the core of this an incredible teammate and friend, always bringing her smile and energy to every session.

One for the athletes that don’t know how truly remarkable they are until they have been given a guiding hand. Someone who has only scratched the surface of their potential abs has shown so much already. This is one to watch in the next 25. Great team mate and friend to all.

50 games from our fearless leader. Optimises our football club - courageous, team first & selfless amongst many other amazing traits like being just an all round great human. Looking forward to watching what the next 50 has in store. Has gone from strength to strength each season

Your program is only as good as the investment from your team. I’ve been lucky to have such an invested and inquisitive group in wanting to improve every session. We just try to have a lot of fun doing it!

A player that isn’t about individual accolades but how she can best contribute to the team & went about her off/pre-season in a very meticulous & selfless way to perform her best for her team. Now rewarded with some much deserved respect from the competition. So proud @embatesy

These journeys are never easy for any athlete. But @lilyposs has done it with a smile on her face the whole time. Loved watching her grow and develop as an athlete and a person the past 12 months. Looking forward to watching her reap the rewards now doing what she loves.

My favourite moment in 50 games with @CraigStarcevich. Well done mate, you’ve created a club and a culture that’s the envy of the competition. This is on the back of the love & care you show everyone at the club, no wonder we have achieved so much & still have so much to achieve

One of the great minds in footy, even better person. Your best footy is still yet to come @JessicaWoochnar. But now is the time to put yourself first. Your Lions family with you all the way
