To program you first must understand the demands and bioenergetics of the game.

Curve sprinting has unique technical and muscular demands that must be trained accordingly. Speed Science dropping in December. Influences: @AlbertoFilter Alistair McBurnie, Thomas Dos’Santos

Cuts above 90 degrees are higher velocity, tendon driven, shallow ROM, higher COM. Cuts below 90 degrees are higher force, muscularly driven, involve harder decels, bigger ROM, lower COM. Influences: @EatSleepTrain_ @Nick__DiMarco @jordanbo5 @DanielBove

COD tests are great measures of deceleration and reacceleration but lack validity in predicting game speed because the tests exist existing a predicted setting. Sport is played in an unpredictable chaotic environment in which athletes must cycle through the OODA loop rapidly.

Summer 1080 COD Progression 5-0-5: 3kg assistance 10-0-5: 3kg assistance 15-0-5: 3kg assistance Anything over 3kg seemed to down regulate entry speed.
