I was really looking forward to attending first in-person conference in 2 years, but #melbournelockdown2021.
But better virtual (conference) than none, so you can catch me talking about our #alpine #peatland #microbial work at #2021ASM @AUSSOCMIC this Thursday morning!

A huge congratulations to Professor Ashley Franks from @PAM_latrobe and Professor Tang’s group from @latrobe for securing a successful #DP21 to investigate how increased atmospheric CO2 effects carbon and nitrogen cycles in major cropping soils. @FranksMicrolab @LTUresearchers

So happy to have secured a #DP21 with Tang’s soil science group. We will investigate the effect of high atmospheric CO2 on carbon and nitrogen cycles in major cropping soils. It’s great to receive this recognition for our work together. @latrobe @LTUresearchers @PAM_latrobe

Bite size microbiology. Really enjoying the Lightning Round talks at #MicroSeq2020 conference. Shout out to @MattBrewerMicro and @genedrendel for using their short time extremely well to communicate the crux of their research in environmental microbiology so clearly.

Best of luck to the PAM ECRs and HDRs presenting their work at the #MicroSeq2020 conference organised by @ASM_VicBranch.

In 2015 I started a Bachelors degree at this campus without a clue on what a research article even was. Today, I submit a 20,000 word thesis in fulfilment of a Master of Science degree.
Thank you @latrobe for this phenomenal journey. I can't wait for my next adventure.
Definitely benefitted from reading through a hard copy of my masters thesis rather than reading through it digitally.
Saw this suggestion on @AcademicChatter the other day, thank you! #3daystogo #Psyduck
Last week was my first time in over 12 months that I was previously in the field. It was great to do some soil sampling and get some fresh air away from lockdown! #MaskUp #SocialDistancing

Thanks @HANS0L0Weng super pumped and humbled to be included amongst this list of inspirational #WomenInSTEM shout out to @WomenSciAUST @SWIS_LTU @WISEunimelb @RoyalSocietyVic who helped me facilitate many of the #WomenInSTEM activities that contributed to this recognition
Congratulations, Jen @JW_ilikedirt @FranksMicrolab @PAM_latrobe @LTUresearchers @latrobe who made the shortlist of this year’s Scientific Achievement category of the Nature Research Awards for Inspiring and Innovating Science @nresearchnews.
However, this is by far the final version. I would love to receive feedback on how I can make this more applicable to those outside of @FranksMicrolab and @LTUresearchers
as a whole.
