Honestly, I love my job.
New interactive demo coming soon!
I love this mindset! It also makes things a lot easier!
It's easy to slip into an I have to mindset, but all it takes is a small shift to get out of it!
INSTEAD OF SAYING...
"I have to"
Try saying "I get to" when you wake up tomorrow.
I get to experience new things
I get to make someone's day better
I get to tell someone I love them
I get food to eat and have a roof over my head
I get to work and earn money
I get to change my life for the better
Gratitude is everything. It's all about perspective.
Lesson = Look for the positive things in life and be appreciative of them. ☺️

Voice Actors - READ THIS!!
Nancy is giving you great examples of how to succeed in this business, and I for one, will be following her example to a tee!!
Keep it up Nancy, your hard work is inspiring!
I GET A LOT of beginner and other voice talent DM me to ask how I get all these roles.
Consistent, hard work with a relentless drive to succeed in this business as a voice actor. That's how.
I'm in my fourth year of doing this professionally and also did voice work part-time for a couple years about a decade ago.
I've done auditions at 5AM and also at midnight if I happened to see there was a role that was a good fit for me. I check auditions daily.
I interact with clients and other voice talent and actively seek out new connections on social media daily. I genuinely care about what people are posting.
I follow new game studios, check out their websites and their work. I learn about them and interact with them on social media. If I feel we would be a good fit for a collaboration, I reach out by email to offer my services with a brief, professional and polite introduction. You would be surprised at how happy they are to connect with voice talent and how often they are looking for voice talent.
I constantly practice and hone my skills, take classes, update my P2P platforms, website and all social media platforms to keep things fresh and updated. I scour the internet for new information on everything pertaining to the voice over/acting world.
THIS...IS...HARD...WORK.
Make no mistake about it, the acting part is amazing and I love it! I'm guilty of losing track of time in my studio especially when voicing horror game roles. You must put in the time, you must do the work, you must gain experience and knowledge, you must have drive, goals and be consistent. And being kind goes a long way.
How bad to YOU want to be a voice over/actor?
LESSON = Then get to work! 😉
I'm part of an Undertale Muiscal, and I got the part of my favorite character, Papyrus!!
Can't wait to show you a snippet of me singing in character!
Check me out!
You can hear little ol' me as the 2nd knight in this Reign of Desnity ad!!
If you play the game, I also play several characters - Ripe for the wooing!
