2023 expectation was for new unsustained highs in the Dax and DJI as outlined in this Matrix newsletter from May. mailchi.mp/matrixtrade/nl220… Here's an update of the DJI fractal which suggests 2024 will see a large retrace and a tightening range.

Dax leading SPX by around 5 days? I spotted this at the time of the breakout but wasn't too sure until yesterday's SPX reversal. Suggests SPX can work lower and Thursday's strong open will fade.
