Practiced chaining if/else if to score golf strokes (par, birdie, bogey etc), then learned switch statements cleaner way to handle many possible values instead of stacking else-ifs forever.

Practiced chaining if/else if to score golf strokes (par, birdie, bogey etc), then learned switch statements cleaner way to handle many possible values instead of stacking else-ifs forever.

Learned default options (fallback when no case matches), multiple identical options in one switch (grouping cases together), and reflecting boolean values. More switch depth, less repetition than chained if else.

Went through equal to, not equal, strict versions, greater/less than, and combining conditions with AND. Took a min to get why "strict" equality matters, but it's clicking now.
