Over the weekend we lost a member of our Green Wave family. A mother, wife and coach - Beth Collins was always in our corner. Sending our love and prayers to the Collins family during this difficult time. – at Summerville, SC

To build a great team but you must take the time to build great relationships, one on one, to create connection that leads to commitment. It’s all about relationships. Invest in others today.

No matter what happens today, remember... You might not be able to control all of yours circumstance but you can control how you respond to them. Pause. Look for the good. Trust in a bigger plan. Respond instead of react.

Not everyone will see your vision or share your optimism. That's why your belief must be greater than all the negativity and doubt.

We need the 4 C’s now more than ever. 1. Communication-where there is a void negativity will fill it. 2. Connection-build bonds of trust. 3. Commitment-We before me. 4. Caring-let people know they matter and you value them.
