My house burned down a week ago and took the cars with it. I contacted @ViperSmartStart to cancel and see if I could get a pro-rated refund since I paid for three years last August. Even in this situation, they have refused. I will NEVER use them again.

Wow, @CarnivalCruise posts very clearly on their FAQs that the drink package is $59.95/day if you buy it before the cruise. But they are charging me $69.95 because I'm on a 4-day cruise. I tried to get #CustomerService to honor the price, but they refuse!
