Yes & No! At least for #CRE #leasing. Conflict-of-interest exists, but a listing #Broker should seek out #tenants and is doing good work if they find one that’s unrepped. The bad actors are brokers who ignore repped tenants to get double $. Not a majority, but a sizable portion! xitter.cf/massrealty/status/1010…
