Hands down the best mayor in South Africa right now, and no amount of sabotage will change that. Keep pushing, @nasiphim —we’re right behind you. We see straight through the criminals masquerading as politicians ahead of the elections.
Cilliers Brink is completely out of his depth.

The failed former mayor whose governance killed 31 people of cholera in 2023 is running around claiming cholera cases that do not exist.
The truth is that the city identified the problem, owned it and fixed it and the cases are already declining.

Residents of Tshwane, we understand the magnitude of the challenge we face in Bronkhorstspruit, and surrounding areas, to provide safe and reliable water. As the Executive Mayor of the City of Tshwane, the buck stops with me.
We apologise to the residents of Region 7 that we have yet to resolve the issue of water that has plagued the area for years.
Our primary focus at the moment is to ensure that cases do not increase and that residents know exactly what to do.

You are such a damn fool @CilliersB
I am deeply disappointed by the continued attempts by former Executive Mayor Cilliers Brink to exploit the water crisis in Bronkhorstspruit for political advantage, including through misleading claims about cholera.
At a time when residents are understandably concerned about their health and safety, Mr Brink has chosen to amplify fears of another cholera outbreak without adequately explaining the scientific findings available to date.
Let me be absolutely clear: cholera has not been identified as the cause of the gastrointestinal illness outbreak in Bronkhorstspruit.

Dr @nasiphim could easily shift the blame to ANC MMC for Water, but she's not. The bug stops with her, this is Leadership!!!

We are deeply saddened by the passing of our colleague, Cllr Busisiwe Mwale, who served the residents of Johannesburg Ward 129.
Busi was one of those people we could always count on. She was a committed activist, a strong organiser and a leader who genuinely cared about people. She had a motherly way about her, but she was also firm and never afraid to speak her mind.
As Chairperson of our Johannesburg Women’s Forum, she was particularly passionate about the struggles facing women, including gender-based violence and femicide.
Her passing is a painful loss to ActionSA, the community she served and all of us who had the privilege of working with her.
Our heartfelt condolences go to her family, friends, colleagues and the residents of Ward 129.
Rest well, Cllr Busisiwe Mwale. Thank you for your service. 🕊️
