📑New Publication: Investment Program Evaluation
The HPC has published an evaluation report on the Cost-Effective, Coordinated Care for Caregivers and Substance Exposed Newborns (C4SEN) Investment Program, which supported 5 hospitals in implementing evidence-based care models.

The C4SEN evaluation report details key findings on implementing programs for birthing parent-infant dyads impacted by substance use disorder – centering patient experience, medication for opioid use disorder, early childhood intervention, stigma reduction, and health equity.
The Primary Care Access, Delivery, and Payment Task Force has published all of its recommendations to strengthen and stabilize primary care in Massachusetts across key areas including payment, workforce, equity, and access.
