Crazy how much easier work becomes once you delete all the bad things from around you. When there is no negative thing in your life, then there is no barricade for your flow. When there is nothing blocking your flow, you become limitless.

No matter the weight the trainer puts in front of you… Just lift it. Never question the trainer… Trust Him. (This post is not about the Gym)

You know how they say we're six degrees of separation from everyone in the world? Meaning, you're just six connections away from being able to meet almost anyone on the planet... ...From the most famous people, to the wealthiest, to the most influential. But I think most of us miss the deeper meaning behind six degrees of separation. Because it isn't just about "who you can reach." It's about who you can impact. If we're really that connected, then the things we do don't stop with the person standing in front of us. They travel. You help one person... ...They go home in a better mood and treat their spouse differently. Their spouse has more patience with their child. That child grows up believing in themselves a little more. And one day, that person does something for someone you'll never meet. The same thing happens in the opposite direction. You hurt someone. They carry that hurt into another relationship. That person carries it somewhere else. And before long, something you did has affected people whose names you'll never know. That's the part of six degrees of separation that fascinates me. "We're not just six people away from knowing everyone." In some strange way... We're six people away from affecting everyone. Our kindness travels. Our cruelty travels. Our generosity travels. Our selfishness travels. Our courage travels. Our fear travels. Every interaction creates a ripple, and those ripples keep moving long after we've forgotten what caused them. Which means we may never fully understand the consequences of the way we treat people. A small act of kindness might eventually reach someone on the other side of the world. And a small act of cruelty might do the same. So the real lesson behind six degrees of separation isn't that the world is smaller than we think. It's that our responsibility to one another is bigger than we think. Because in a world this connected... ...Nothing we do ends with us, and yet it always comes back to us. This is the nature of karma. - Alen

At least one weekly check-in on your life is necessary if you want to improve as fast as possible. A self-analysis. A weekly check-in. Whatever you may call it, the main goal is to find the things that hold you back, and find the ones that push you. Eliminate the limiting ones, strengthen the pushing ones. Because all purpose in every human life is to seek full potential. And to seek full potential, you have to analyse yourself, so you know where are you in life atm.

People reply so slow… I can see the speed of someone by their average reply time on a message. Bro if you text back to everyone hours later, you’re just not giving a fuck about the person. But if you don’t give a fuck the person, then why is that person still in your life? Question to ponder about.

Japan trip ended. One lesson from it that I need to share… Every time you think your enemy is impossible to beat, just know that God is on your side. You just need faith. Because faith is what connects you with God, and your highest-self. And if you have God and your highest-self on your side, you cannot be stopped. It is physically impossible. Here's my easy example: I thought my whole life that in my sport (karate) Japanese people are the best, and they just cannot be beat. Everyone told me they are faster, stronger, and more sharp than me. And I believed it... ...but only until I actually beated them. How? Because I didn't care what my coach or my teammates said about how strong competitors they are... ...I just refused to lose. My own courage, my faith in God and my self-belief got me here. All glory to God! P.Z. P.S.: It was an amazing trip to Japan, and it was one of the best competitions I've been in. BLESSED! P.P.S.: Generational lock in day 53.

What does your spirit need? You should never make decision based on what your flesh wants. Always make the decision based on what’s good for your spirit, your soul. P.Z.

The environmental law that causes you to win or lose… It is very simple, though many ignore it. “You are what you eat.” This quote is the perfect explanation, and let me show you why… Many people say that you’ll be just like the 5 others you spend the most time with… which is true to a certain extant. You see, the main problem is not with the people… …but what they consume on a day-to-day basis. “You are what you EAT”. What is eating? It is consuming. It is everything you do as an input for your brain. And here’s the kicker… You can change people’s consumption habits around you, if you have a strong will. But you can never change a consumable’s effect on the brain. You cannot make scrolling good for your nervous system. You cannot make listening to lyrical music while working a boost to your focus. Because these things are factual. These things are the truth. So in conclusion, what you should change is “you” first. Because if you become a stronger, more disciplined, more conscious “you”. Then you will be able to change your environment (if you want to). And if you can change your environment for the good, you’ll become unstoppable. P.Z. P.S.: Generational lock in day 51

Nobody talks about the part where you’re winning and still feel empty. I won my first World Title at 17 and waited to feel complete. But this moment never came. I thought a world title medal would fill the holes in me. But it didn’t. I just found bigger holes behind it. That’s when I understood something I wish someone would’ve told me about life: Discipline without a reason is just self-punishment. For years I trained like a machine. 10–12 times a week. Skipped everything just to go sweat and improve. But I was disciplined for the wrong “master”… …which was my own ego. My own proof. My own “look what I did.” But ego is never satisfied. You win, it moves the goalpost. You win again, it moves it again. Everything changed when I stopped doing hard shit to prove I was somebody, and started doing it because I found something worth fighting for. The training didn’t get easier. In fact, my “why” made it heavier… …but in a good way. Now when I sit down to do the hard shit that nobody’s clapping for… …the boring reps at training, the cold outreach, the work at 6am - I’m not trying to prove anyone anything. Because I already know who I am and who I want to become… for myself. Not for others… only for me. So there’s the difference between grinding and building. One empties you. The other fills you. P.Z. P.S.: If you’re disciplined but miserable, you don’t have a discipline problem. You have a reason problem. Fix the why first. P.P.S.: Generational lock in day 50
