Agora está explicado:
O responsável por manter o software rodando durante a apuração das urnas eletrônicas é petista de carteirinha e se chama Júlio Valente da Costa Júnior, secretário de Tecnologia da Informação do TSE.
Ele é quem tem "superpoderes" no software, pois pode manipular o software diretamente no código-fonte, pode até alterar o comportamento do programa, inserir dados, "corrigir" problemas, criar novas funções, enfim, fazer o que quiser, basta dar uma travadinha no software.
O interessante, é que ele foi nomeado e colocado na função em 2021, um ano antes das eleições de 2022.
E mais interessante ainda é ele ter sido colocado na função pelo ex-ministro Luis Barroso, aquele que disse "Perdeu, Mané" para apoiadores de Jair Messias Bolsonaro.
É uma coincidência Júlio Valente da Costa Júnior ser amigo de Luís Barroso e ter sido nomeado secretário de TI antes das eleições de 2022. Talvez seja por isso que Luis Barroso, Gilmar Mendes e Moraes estivessem tão felizes e seguros que Bolsonaro iria perder.
O código-fonte das eleições de 2022 nunca foi entregue para auditoria, nem mesmo os militares tiveram acesso.
E aqueles que exigiram que o TSE entregasse o código-fonte para os militares, foram presos, julgados e condenados a vários anos de prisão.
E esse petista continua no posto. Nunes Marques não teve o cuidado de substitui-lo. Ou não pode. Gilmar Mendes e Moraes não devem ter permitido.
Se ele não for substituído, certamente teremos mais surpresas desagradáveis no segundo turno.
Ou não.
Nunes Marques avisou que, se houver dúvidas em relação ao resultado das eleições, ele irá entregar o código-fonte a quem interessar.
Portanto, é um petista nomeado por Luís Barroso que consta como secretário de TI do TSE.
Só nos resta orar para os eleitores votarem em massa em Flávio Bolsonaro, para que o infiltrado do PT no TSE não consiga "fabricar" votos para lula. Tudo tem um limite, inclusive para votos desviados.
Flávio Bolsonaro é a esperança de termos eleições confiáveis a partir de 2030. Porque o STF será faxinado, será permitido o voto impresso e não terá petista manipulando resultados.
