We don’t get to arbitrarily decide when #Covid19 is over. It’s over someday only through our personal actions & policies to protect our community.
P.s. 3000+ Americans died of COVID yesterday.

Consider upgrading to a N95 mask (or equivalent), especially if you're at high risk of severe Covid disease or around a lot of unvaccinated people. All masks are not created equal, nor do they protect against Covid equally.
With the return of #maskmandates due to the #DeltaVariant, it’s crucial that everyone, vaccinated or not, wear a mask to stop the spread of #COVID19. But ensuring and monitoring mask usage can be challenging for many businesses. Solution: #MaskCheckKiosk! getmaskcheck.com/
Great article by @geekwire @toddbishop about our new #MaskCheckKiosk. "The idea is to encourage and reinforce proper facemask usage, ideally leaving it to technology to avoid what can become awkward or confrontational interactions." #WearAMask

The problem with the CDC dropping the mask mandate so soon was that we ended up relying on the honor system with dishonorable people.

Keep your mask on if you’re unvaccinated. Vaccines work against Covid variants that are more transmissible and likely deadlier, but those without vaccine protection are still at risk.

Regardless of the CDC guidance, I plan to wear a mask on flights. How do we know who is fully vaccinated?
To mask or not to mask when outside? As this article says, we'll be in a weird grey area for a while. However, it is still very important to #MaskUp indoors in public spaces for (at least) many more months to come.

Vaccinated people in the U.S. no longer need to wear masks outdoors in small groups, when biking or running alone & when dining outside, the CDC said today. You should however continue to #WearAMask indoors in public. (And MaskCheck can help with that: getmaskcheck.com/)
Great article about why you should #WearAMask even after you're #vaccinated
“There just aren’t enough of us who have immunity yet for it to be safe to take those masks off in public.”

As of today, every American is eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. For yourself, your neighbors, and your family — please, get your vaccine.
A relatively small number of people who are vaccinated will still become infected... a good reminder of why it's important to continue being vigilant after your shot. #WearAMask & use #maskcheckapp help monitor compliance. (getmaskcheck.com)

Happy to be in this great @MarketWatch article by @jswartz in @WSJ about new tech that companies are using in the workplace to combat #COVID19. "In our new-normal workplaces, wearable tech, smart masks, touchless surfaces and indoor mapping have arrived."

A mask is NOT a substitute for staying at least 6 feet away from others. To protect yourself and others from #COVID19, #WearAMask that fits snugly against the sides of your face AND stay at least 6 feet apart.
