Sometimes we become so focused on reaching the next version of our lives that we forget to actually live the version we are in. We keep telling ourselves that happiness will come when we graduate, when we get the money, when things finally work out, when we meet the right person, or when life becomes easier. But life doesn't pause while we're waiting for everything to fall into place. The ordinary mornings, the slow progress, the uncertain seasons, the conversations we almost ignored, and even the days that felt unimportant are still part of our story. One day, we may look back and realize that the life we were so eager to escape was filled with moments we would give anything to experience again. There is nothing wrong with wanting more, but don't become so obsessed with the future that you fail to appreciate the present. Grow, work, dream and keep moving—but remember to live along the way.
