If you are thinking of moving to @bt_uk for fibre - think again! I am speechless at the level of service, utterly speechless. 4 months waiting - traffic lights / permits / engineers turning up / no communications / total utter incompetence- I have no idea how your still afloat
@bt_uk informed 3 weeks ago that @WeAreOpenreach civils team were attending today and final instal next week - apparently I must have miss heard - no communication, no updates, and this is being managed by the special case team!
@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach - the only positive is that I now use this as an example with my own customer service team at work to demonstrate exactly what bad service looks like - so thanks @bt_uk … bbc watchdog and ombusman next. Just don’t put yourself through it!
