well, thank you @HaraldMonihart It‘s all team work as you outlined, however with the team and the people involved you surely changed Mac@SAP forever and made it very enjoyable to use a Mac at SAP. The 40K+ (rising trend!) Mac users we already have are a testament to that.

"With the latest SDK release for developers, the SAP Business Technology Platform fully supports Apple Vision Pro. Customers and partners can now deploy their SAP apps to Vision Pro, alongside iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch."
Interesting new world with @SAP apps on Vision Pro, where's SAPGUI though? (that's a rethorical question 🙃) #SuccessFactors #SAPMobileStart
Reading the Rhein-Neckar-Zeitung @RNZonline on Vision Pro works surprisingly well. With the gestures to flip pages or zoom in it feels very natural. Doing so immersed in an environment (in these screenshots "White Sands") helps to focus and remove distractions.

❓How much power does your Mac fleet consume?
How do certain device settings and security tools effect your fleet’s power consumption? Can a switch to Apple Silicon help your company’s Co2 goals for workplaces?
We can finally help you find an answer to those questions.
🆕 I am proud to announce the availability of Power Monitor.
A new native Mac solution to monitor, report and visualize your Mac’s power consumption.
Power Monitor supports you with:
🔌 Measure Energy Consumption
🌍 Location-Based Carbon Footprint
📈 Data-Driven Decisions
🌟 Technical Accuracy
And it is 👔 Enterprise Ready: MacAdmins can manage settings and carbon intensity data with a configuration profile and use the non-GUI output of Power Monitor to collect information for Jamf extension attributes.
💚 Open Activity Monitor and search for “PowerMonitor” to see for yourself the next to nothing impact Power Monitor has and get started to get an overview of your Mac fleet’s Co2 footprint.
🙏 Kudos to the team for making this app available to the larger Mac community.
⬇️ Download the app today to deploy to your Mac fleet or for personal use:

🚀🍏 macOS Sonoma adoption at SAP
I am super pumped to share that my team beat our ambitious goal of increasing @SAP's Sonoma adoption compared to last year's already incredible Ventura rollout.
🎉 I am pleased to share that we reached our 30-day OKR in 25 days and that we were at an amazing 83% adoption rate for macOS Sonoma after a month.
One of the key drivers of this success has been our daily standup sync meetings. These check-ins have allowed us to identify bottlenecks, share insights, and iterate rapidly, ensuring that we remained aligned and focused throughout the upgrade process.
🙏 Therefore, I would like to share a big thank you to all the Mac CoE team members and the extended #MacAtSAP team as this is only possible through cross-team collaboration.
💪 As well as a special shoutout to @rtrouton for prioritizing our dedicated macOS 14 backlog and ensure not just our day-zero readiness but also some great enhancements for our employees including the use of SSO extensions.

Work is love made visible.
And if you cannot work with love but only with distaste, it is better that you should leave your work and sit at the gate of the temple and take alms of those who work with joy.
- Kahlil Gibran
No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.
- Nelson Mandela
