After 20+ hours of failed support, missed callbacks and endless transfers, Microsoft's OFFICIAL support account now says it cannot even ESCALATE my existing cases.
What exactly is Microsoft Support for?
I have repeatedly demanded U.S. management intervention.
Still no contact. Still no email. Still no accountability.

Nearly 2 weeks into Microsoft Case #2609300040006253.
Today a Microsoft supervisor finally fixed the MFA problem. I then discovered I STILL could not access my corporate email.
He told me another Microsoft department would call within an hour.
They called ~4 hours later.
I was driving, so we arranged a callback for 8 PM EDT. I made sure I was home and available.
Microsoft never called.
This is now affecting real business operations. My eligido.com address is the email of record for business systems including GitHub. Today, inability to receive those emails interfered with work on a critical company development milestone.
I have complied with every Microsoft verification request.
This has to end.
I am requesting immediate intervention by senior U.S. Microsoft management and restoration of Eligido's email.

This isn't about getting a refund for bad customer service anymore.

I am the Founder & CEO of a startup whose Microsoft 365 business email/admin access has been impaired for nearly TWO WEEKS.
18+ hours. 17+ emails. 8+ chats. 6+ calls. Failed transfers. Missed callbacks. A 50-minute hold that disconnected.
Microsoft Data Protection finally took ownership of Ticket #2609300040006253 — then failed to call during the four-hour window they requested.
Microsoft then required me to prove ownership of our corporate domain through DNS. I complied immediately and completed the TXT verification exactly as instructed.
Still no resolution.
Potential investors have received bounce-backs from my corporate email.
This has crossed from terrible customer service into ongoing business and reputational harm.
I am no longer asking for another support link.

Microsoft Technical Support opened Ticket #2609300040006253 on September 30 and promised contact within 24 hours.
That didn't happen.
Yesterday, Microsoft Commercial Sales told me the issue required the Data Protection team and attempted another transfer. I spent approximately 50 minutes on hold before the call disconnected.
This morning, Microsoft 365 Data Protection finally emailed me:
“I have assumed ownership of case ID 2609300040006253.”
I responded immediately and provided availability from 11 AM–3 PM EDT.
That window passed.
No call. No response.
Microsoft has identified the team, assigned an engineer, and has my telephone number.
I simply need someone to call me and fix the account.

For nearly two decades, #he operated at the highest levels of corporate America. #he wore the suits, managed the top-tier sales teams, and drove the metrics. But when you look behind the curtain of multi-billion-dollar machines, you sometimes find a system that values profit over people—where ethical lines are blurred to feed Wall Street, and internal dissent is brushed off as a "personality conflict".

There's a conversation in the Bible where Satan admits there are some people he can't touch... and almost nobody talks about it.
Most people read the book of Job and focus on everything he lost. But I was reading Job 1, and God showed me something that completely shifted my perspective. Before Job's wealth, before the attacks, before the tragedy... God first described Job's character. The Bible says Job was "blameless and upright; he feared God and shunned evil." That wasn't just an introduction it was Heaven's testimony about him before anything else happened.
Then the scene changes from earth to heaven. The angels present themselves before the Lord, and Satan shows up. God asks him, "Where have you come from?" Satan replies that he has been roaming throughout the earth, going back and forth. In other words, he was searching. Then God asks Satan one question: "Have you considered my servant Job?" What Satan says next stopped me in my tracks. Satan replies, "Have You not put a hedge around him, his household, and everything he has?" Think about that. The enemy himself acknowledged that there was a boundary around Job that he could not cross without God's permission.
What qualified Job for that kind of covering? It wasn't his money. It wasn't his influence. It wasn't his success. The Bible says he was blameless, upright, feared God, and shunned evil. Before Heaven celebrated his blessings, Heaven testified about his character.
I wonder how many of us spend more time praying for God's protection than pursuing the kind of life that attracts His covering. Job reminds us that reverence for God, integrity, and obedience matter. Character isn't just about reputation it has spiritual consequences.
In that day the LORD with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea. Isaiah 27:1
