Oh my! I was interviewed for the Overheard at National Geographic podcast & they do an INCREDIBLE job of breaking down why it’s important to do science in unstable territories like Socotra, Yemen & Somaliland! I’m honoured & have actual JOY that I got to share a podcast... 1/

I loved the end of episode shout-out to @MDPetraglia seminal work next door in Saudi Arabia - proving just what is possible in the area and showing us all how it’s done.

r/wallstreetbets is now the largest hedge fund in the world.
Excepts it’s completely decentralized and entirely democratic.

This is unacceptable.
We now need to know more about @RobinhoodApp’s decision to block retail investors from purchasing stock while hedge funds are freely able to trade the stock as they see fit.
As a member of the Financial Services Cmte, I’d support a hearing if necessary.
Replying to @motherboard
More than half of all Robinhood users own at least some GameStop stock.
They are now unable to freely trade it; the app is only allowing users to close out their positions. vice.com/en/article/m7ak7y/r…

Even while on assignment for VR and video or complicated 3D stuff, portraiture is my favourite part of photography. Also the hardest. Most of it is simply about waiting, as portraits of people often come together … ift.tt/2IHsmMf
