Re investor liability: "The CBS is a separate legal entity to its members. It will enter into the lease & operate the business. The liabilities of the CBS are ring fenced within it. The liability of the members is only to pay the amount they have agreed for their shares".

The total is creeping up (thank you) but we need more support from the village or our dream of running a community pub will be shattered.
