Should also be recognized the style como plays and how their effort and work rate. They play attractive, fearless football. United play not to lose, dont wanna run and simply dont care.
Smh. Board are a bunch of spineless b*tches. Its gotta be a conte type coach these guys cant be given an inch
Eddie Howe is the favourite for the #mufc job. He is admired within Old Trafford, and Howe would be interested in the role as he wants to return to the PL as soon as possible [@reluctantnicko]
His first really brutally honest press conference. He protected a lot of guys when they damn sure dont deserve it. Dont get me wrong I think they have quit on him and once that happens we know what happens next. This club is so boned beyond just this match and it hurts knowing it
His first honest presser of the season
🚨🗣️ Michael Carrick speaking to @footballontnt post-match: “It was more than disappointing.
“I think everybody’s got to take responsibility for that, I 100% take responsibility for the overall team and the performance - that’s where it stops, it stops with me. I’m absolutely fine with that, I accept that totally.
“But as a supporter of this football club for so long for so long - and I care a lot about this football club - to see a performance like that is unacceptable, I have to say.”
#MUFC
OK that's a fair quote
🔴🗣️ Bruno Fernandes on Manchester United’s approach against Como:
🚨 “It was the DECISION OF THE STAFF to not go man-for-man.”
😬 “Conceding the goal very early makes us go into the game in a mood of a defeat.”
#MUFC
Bruno is my favorite player.... in the same breath wtf is he talking about. Flailing his arms when things are going right, his effort has been reduced compared to prior years and he is the CAPTAIN. If your captain is half assing then the rest will follow
Because he knows they quit on him. Ole had the exact same experience after Watford
Michael Carrick ignores every single #mufc player as he goes to the away end to apologise at full-time. Then marches straight down the tunnel. He looks furious [@TyMarshall_MEN]
I hate this narrative. He sets up to lose. He doesnt have a striker and playing his best player out of position. The team is also unfit and have quit on him. So yes, yes there is a new manager who can steady this but the 2nd point is correct it will always be a patch job
No new manager can fix this poison, you’ll be tricked into thinking we’re on the right path but it’s always temporary, the negligence at the top is passed down to what you’re seeing on the pitch and I firmly believe that is the negative ethos that has been entrenched in this football club.
I’ve said this quite often over the years when we go through these deliberately engineered low periods but I’m very lucky I got to witness this club at the peak of it’s powers, god bless some of the younger fans who have had to put up with this shit for years.
Im done. Not wasting mu time on a bunch of guys who cant even get up for a champions league game. Fold the club at this point they have been ran into the ground by parasitic ownership
Should he a statement ready saying wilcox and co are gone this is disgusting. I dont even recognize this club anymore. United have no pre determined right to win but the very little expected is effort and these guys give 0 f*cks
