Following my return from a working trip overseas, I received our Presidential Candidate, His Excellency Peter Obi, CON, who paid me a visit. I also received the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, His Excellency Engr. Babachir Lawal, a senior member and leader of our great party, the NDC. Together, we held very fruitful discussions on the state of the party, particularly our readiness for the 2027 general elections. We were later joined by the National Chairman, Senator Moses Cleopas, who came with members of the National Working Committee (NWC) of our party. I later held another meeting with the NWC, with Babachir in attendance. The Chairman and the NWC briefed us on preparations for the official unveiling and inauguration of our National Campaign Council, scheduled for Monday. The discussions were very fruitful, and I am happy that all our party leaders and candidates are on the same page. Our unique campaign council will coordinate the campaigns of all our party’s candidates, from the presidential candidate to the National Assembly, governorships and state houses of assembly. It will be known as the NDC National Campaign Council. This will be a campaign for the entire NDC, from top to bottom, with all candidates and party leaders actively involved and taking ownership of the process. Further discussions and consultations will continue ahead of our big event next week. I thank all Nigerians for their confidence and support. I assure them that our leaders are united and on the same page, and we will take the NDC message to every nook and cranny of Nigeria. From next week, we will paint the whole country blue. NDC all the way! ~HSD

Breaking News; Rep. AbdusSamad Dasuki has once again raised the alarm over a fraudulent provision in the Electoral Act, which we believe poses a serious threat to the integrity of the 2027 elections. As seen in the video, even the Speaker of the House, who is a member of President Bola Tinubu’s APC, appeared visibly unhappy with Dasuki raising the matter on the floor of the Assembly. We therefore call on opposition leaders and all Nigerians to demand an explanation and insist that the National Assembly reject this attempt to undermine the people’s mandate.

Info! Info! Info! Today Nigeria's electricity generation fell from 3840 megawatts, to ordinary 476.70 magawatts. The lowest in the history of this country at any time. People in LAGOS, OGUN, and ABUJA how far? Do you have light? They will not tell you why. They will hide it from you because they want you to vote for them. But Pidom will always leak it. Remember, the fall in electricity generation doesn't affect or concern Tinubu. They have solar in AsoRock, so they don't care about your wellbeing. Tinubu has spent well over 7.3 trillion naira in the power sector since 2023 till date, but nothing to show for it. We have to chase this man away in 2027 to save this nation. We are sinking, and we are sinking very fast. Vote Peter Obi. Vote NDC.

You must be our president 2027 by fire by fire
Nigeria In Focus: At The Roundtable in Paris, France Today, I participated in a roundtable discussion at the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) office in Paris, France. The dialogue brought together policymakers, diplomats, development experts, representatives of international organisations, and members of the international media to discuss Nigeria’s future and its role in an increasingly interconnected world. Our discussions focused on development cooperation and the need to strengthen bilateral partnerships that can accelerate economic growth, improve the lives of our people, create productive opportunities, and support sustainable national development. I reiterated my firm belief that Nigeria possesses the human and natural resources required to become a united, secure, prosperous, and globally competitive nation. What we need is competent, accountable, and compassionate leadership that prioritises investment in people, education, healthcare, productive enterprise, the rule of law, and strong institutions over a politics of consumption. Nigeria’s future is bright, but realising its promise requires deliberate choices. We must move from consumption to production, from poverty to prosperity, and from wasted potential to shared progress. Through good governance, fiscal responsibility, and mutually beneficial international partnerships, we can build an economy that works for all Nigerians and restore our nation’s rightful standing in the comity of nations. A New Nigeria is POssible. -PO

After watching this video, you’ll agree that the DSS, Police, Army, NAFDAC, and NDLEA should investigate this lady over the kind of content she is creating.😞
