I’m absolutely loving @bot - some of the things I got it to do for me this week:
- My home WiFi was terrible & it found my Vodafone account & spoke to customer support on my behalf & helped fix it.
- Found me the cheapest flights to London in October.
- Cancelled a couple of old subscriptions that kept appearing on my credit card.
- Started to build out a holiday itinerary & booked some travel tickets.

Everyone trying to become the 'super app' that you don't ever need to leave.
I’ve always thought that @X would make a great hub for sports & live sports updates & it’s always felt under utilised outside of organic updates from users.
Interesting to see if they launch more sport hubs now that they’ve launched @NFL
Most people now watch live sport & post about it on X, so it makes sense to try integrate live sports feeds, scores & stats. Vertical highlights & rights holder social integrations next?
