I just got an email from PSA about my 169-card return order. A FedEx truck carrying PSA orders was broken into after it left their Southern California facility, and my cards were stolen. That's about $40K in cards plus grading fees. Some were personal collection cards that came back pop 1, with no comps and no way to replace them. I'd already sold others and now have to refund those buyers. PSA says the certs are deactivated and they'll pay 'fair market value up to the Maximum Insured Value.' They chose the carrier and paid for the label. They owe every customer on that truck a full, fast make-whole.
