Now, three months later, an Oregon politician travels 1,500 miles to Minnesota, speaks in Somali, and stands at a podium backed by another inverted American flag.
Under U.S. Flag Code, hanging the flag upside down is a signal of extreme dire distress. At what point does repeated "carelessness" start looking like a deliberate statement?

Shane Gillis has a point. If men can't dress like they do at the beach, why can women? It doesn't seem appropriate for the venue. You're not going to go the supermarket dressed like that. Why is it ok in the gym? Men have to wear shirts in the gym, which btw, is a great rule. Wearing a bikini to the gym is a little much.
